The website www.stylein.gr constitutes a "Web Site" and an "Online Store" for the exhibition and distribution of products (footwear, clothing, and accessories) through the Internet, which belongs to the Greek company named "NAME" with the distinctive title "DISTINCTIVE TITLE" located in Kaisariani, Diocharous street 26 in Greece (VAT ID: 143200351 Tax Office: IZ Athens)
These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website and purchase of products/services from our online store (hereafter referred to as "Terms of Use and Transactions" or "Terms of Use"), define the terms and conditions of your navigation on our Website and use of this and our online store and govern the sales contract concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store. Before entering our online store, we invite you to consult the ‘Terms of Use and Transactions and ensure that you agree with them. In case you disagree with any of the present Terms of Use, you must not take any action on our Website as well as on our online store, including simple navigation on it. Anyhow, any action of yours in our online store, such as browsing it, registering for our company's newsletter, or purchasing our products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update unilaterally these Terms of Use at its absolute discretion and/or when modification is imposed by law, possibly without prior notice to you, always however within the transactional ethics and the limits set by law. The Company undertakes the obligation to inform you about any modifications as well as any change, through the Website. Any modifications will be effective from the date they are posted on this Website. It is clarified that any change to these Terms of Use does not cover orders which you have already placed through our online store before the commencement of the modifications according to the above. Using www.stylein.gr after the aforementioned modification is considered as acceptance of the Terms of Use, as they have been modified.
The use of this Website by you and any transaction of yours in our online store, is made at your own exclusive risk.

A. Provision of Information
The information provided by this Website is complete, true, accurate, and up-to-date, whether it concerns our identity or the products/ services provided by our online store. The above guarantees are subject to any technical or typographical errors, which cannot be predicted or have occurred involuntarily or due to this website's operation interruptions or force majeure. To www.stylein.gr has taken all necessary technical and other means to be immediately informed about the available quantity and sizes of our products; however, it retains an explicit reservation regarding the validity of the available quantities and sizes of products in the online store, as the update may be made within one (1) hour from their modification.
B. Member Registration

Your registration as a Member on www.stylein.gr is not necessary to make a purchase from our Online Store. The registration process is quick and simple: After you add a product to the cart and choose to proceed to checkout, the system will automatically guide you to register as a new Member. By entering the requested personal information (name and surname, address, postal code of your current main residence, telephone number, valid email address, and acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions), you become a Member at www.stylein.gr, and we open your own Member Account. Registration and participation as a member are free, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You are responsible for the information you provide us, and www.stylein.gr relies exclusively and solely on your statements regarding your personal information. The personal information you provide us during your registration as a Member, our Company processes it exclusively for the purpose (a) of creating your Account on www.stylein.gr through which you can monitor the progress of your order, the history of your transactions on www.stylein.gr etc., (b) of our communication with you regarding our transactions (e.g., to ensure the possibility of communication with you, for the completion, sending, and delivery of your order, for the payment and our safe financial transaction) and (c) to send you informational, advertising, and promotional material related to the products and services of our Company, including collaborations with third parties. 2. Your Account
The information registered during your registration as a Member must be complete, true, and up-to-date. In case of any change in information, the Member is obliged to immediately inform www.stylein.gr about the new data so it is always complete and true. With your registration according to the above, you give your explicit consent for the collection and processing of your data based on these Terms of Use and Transactions and the Privacy Policy of www.stylein.gr, which Terms and Policies you declare that you have read, understood, and fully and unconditionally accept. You have the opportunity to revoke your consent for the collection and processing of your personal data that you have provided us according to the above, by proceeding to delete a member by sending a relevant email to the address info@passager.gr. You have the opportunity, at any time, to access your data, or you can also request the immediate deletion or correction of your data, the temporary non-use of them by www.stylein.gr, the commitment or non-disclosure of them, following the same above process of sending an email to us. In any case, your data is retained by our Company only for as long as you are registered as a Member of www.stylein.gr. Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is exclusively managed by our company.

C. Subscription to Newsletter
Your subscription to our Company's newsletter is made at your free will and is not a mandatory process for making a purchase from our Online Store or for the provision of our other services, including simple navigation on our Website.
Your subscription to our Company's newsletter service is completed by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page. With the completion of your registration, you give us your explicit consent to send you informational and promotional material about the products and services of our Company, as well as related advertising messages.
To www.stylein.gr is not responsible if the newsletters do not reach their destination, although it makes every possible effort with the ISP’s (Internet Service providers) for their delivery. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please regularly check that they are not stored there. If you no longer wish to receive informational newsletters or wish to be completely removed from the newsletter sending system of www.stylein.gr, you can inform us using the contact form of the Website or through the corresponding link that appears in the informational emails you receive. The www.stylein.gr uses a provider (3rd party company) for tracking the recipients of the newsletters. It does not disclose information regarding name, surname, home address, or other personal data to any third party.
D. Making a Purchase through the Online Store
1. Order
1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation
Use the categories located in the central MENU of our page, navigate through it and find what you are looking for.
Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" link located in the upper right corner of the website. You can use the "REMOVE FROM CART" button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.
Click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to complete your purchase.
To be able to complete your first order, you must register as a new Member. During the completion of your order, the system will automatically guide you through the very simple and quick registration process The prices listed on our products include VAT and are considered final if the delivery of these is made within Greece.
Immediately before you press the "Order" indication, which is the last step for the completion of your order, you will be automatically informed that by submitting the order you have the obligation to pay the amount corresponding to it. If you agree, you press the "Order" indication, thereby submitting it to our online store. With the submission of your order according to the above, the system of www.stylein.gr will send you a message to the email account you have declared during your registration as a Member, which will notify you that we have received the order, will list the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you do not need to do anything else until you receive your products.
When the order is delivered to the courier company we collaborate with (Table II.D.3) or another collaborating company, you will receive a new email message which will list the shipping/tracking number. With this number, you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you have declared in each order.
1.1.1. Offer Exceptions
From the offers, which www.stylein.gr occasionally makes, products that are already at a discounted price do not participate.
1.2 Order Tracking
You can check the "Status" of your order at any time by entering the link "MY ACCOUNT". If your order has been delivered to the courier, you have the opportunity to find out where your package is, through the shipping number, which is posted on the page "MY ACCOUNT".
1.3 Cancellation / Modification of Order
Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:
Before the order is completed:
Before submitting your order according to the above, you have the technical possibility to go back "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart that you do not wish to order by pressing the "removal" button.
After completing the order but before receiving the products:
(a) You have the right to cancel the order after its completion in case the delivery of the ordered product(s) is delayed.
(b) If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not yet been sent, you can cancel your order by sending an email to the email address info@passager.gr or by telephone communication at 2102772806 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
After receiving the product
(a) Any refusal on your part to receive your products during delivery by the Transport Company is equivalent to withdrawal, a right for the exercise of which the provisions of Unit II.D.5 below apply. In any case, we inform you that in case of withdrawal at the time of receipt according to the above, www.stylein.gr records the event in a special file resulting in the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged with transport costs, as these are analyzed below.
(b) After receiving the product, the order is canceled by exercising the Right of withdrawal.
(c) Additionally, your order is canceled after receiving the products either for reasons of replacement.
2 Delivery of Products
2.1 Method and Time of Delivery
Delivery days and times: The delivery days of your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17:00 pm for all of Greece and for abroad the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply. Time of delivery of products: Subject to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use and Transactions, your orders are delivered in Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras, and other major urban cities within two-four (2-4) working days, within three - six(3-6) working days in the rest of Greece and within ten (10) working days in other foreign countries.
The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in every case of force majeure, which may affect the transport times and delivery. In such a case, www.stylein.gr collaborates with specific courier companies and transport companies.
In case you wish for a transport company of your choice with which www.stylein.gr does not collaborate then the transport costs are borne by you regardless of the value of the order and place/ time of delivery. In this case, www.stylein.gr bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.
2.2 Delay in Delivery
Our Company makes every possible effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of your products, however, we reserve the right that the delivery of your product(s) may be delayed in case (a) the product has been delayed to be sent by our supplier due to e.g., customs or transportation delays, force majeure, etc., resulting in not having it in our warehouses when we calculate, (b) the product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available due to sudden and unannounced announcement by the supplier about the discontinuation of the said product, (c) there is an event of force majeure such as indicative extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transportation and delivery of your order. In the above cases, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the product that has been delayed or is not available, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you about the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case our proposal does not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and to have any money you have paid returned, in every case to give you the alternative solutions that our Company has. 3. Shipping Costs
Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs, provided the value of your order exceeds eighty (€80) euros. If the value of your order is below eighty (€80) euros, then it is charged with shipping costs of 6 euros (€6) for shipments throughout Greece for products up to 4 kg. For products heavier than 4 kg, there is a cost of 10 euros per product. The courier companies we collaborate with are Geniki Tachydromiki, DHL, and ACS. In case the area you have declared for the shipment of your products is not serviced by the collaborating companies, we undertake the responsibility to send your order by an alternative method without any additional charge on the aforementioned shipping costs for you, for deliveries within Greece. In cases of large items, the shipment may be made with freight companies.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Payment by credit card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by maximum online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification from Lets Encrypt, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment for most of the world's largest companies. The filling in of your card details (card number, expiration date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of the National Bank with 3D Secure technology support. And www.stylein.gr does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of www.stylein.gr.
4.3 Payment via PayPal.
Payment with PayPal is made under the strict terms of transactions imposed by the PayPal company.
4.4 Payment by bank deposit
The possibility of payment into a bank account of www.stylein.gr is provided without additional cost. After placing your order, you should proceed to deposit within 3 working days, otherwise, the order will be canceled and the products will be unreserved.
